  • Reminder : Please Update your BRS to version 2.3.0
    BRS 2.3.0 and QBundle 2.5.1have been released, with important security updates. At the time of writing this article, nearly 54% of nodes have upgraded. If you run a BURST node, we encourage you to upgrade immediately. Here you can get a manual for the installation
  • Phoenix Wallet Beta launches on May 6
    On May 6, the Burst Apps Team will release the 1.0.0-beta Phoenix Desktop Burst Wallet. It will be available as a single-click installation for Windows, OSX, and Linux.
  • Burstkit4J updated
    Burstkit4j has been updated to include API calls which support AT creation for BlockTalk.
  • BlockTalk burstkit4j integration
    To speed up development velocity, BlockTalk has successfully integrated burstkit4j.
  • BlockTalk – NFT contract established
    In response to the community’s request for better Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), the BlockTalk project team put some effort into creating an infrastructure for NFTs. With the NFT contract, the AT is able to set a price for the NFT. If this price in BURST is sent to the AT, the owner can be moved to the buyer which will be then the new owner of the AT.   • BlockTalk – Milestone 1 & 2 have been reached
    The BlockTalk project is on track and we are proud to announce that Milestones 1&2 have been reached, and the corresponding bounties have been paid to the development team.

  • VLP Pool new fee structure ( only 0.25%)
    Miners on VLP Pool get to keep 99.75% earnings, default payout is 1 BURST and can be changed without any fees to anything the miners wants via burst message to the pool. Miners only pay 0.00753 TX fee to take out their BURST.

The BMF owns 4 accounts with the following balances:

The BMF paid 315,000 BURST for bounties, giveaways and NDS-A.
The BMF got nearly 100,000 BURST as donation this week.

The BMF50 Pool generated an income of 12,408 BURST.
The pool has 64 miners and4,887 estimated TB.

    Wendy O presented BURST in her recent YouTube show.
  • 10,000 BURST Giveaway on 05/01
    With the upcoming release of Phoenix, we will have a giveaway on 05/01!
  • Weekly NDS-Award paid 5,000 BURST on 26.04.2019
    The service found 490 active nodes with the correct version, while 100 nodes had properly set their BURST Account. Finally, we distributed 5,000 BURST to 100 node operators.
